PAUL W. ALLEN, Associate Attorney - Mr. Allen is tasked with the firm’s important litigation cases, including appellate work and complex motions to reopen. His writing strengths have gained victories for numerous clients, and he excels at developing the details in both the law and the facts of each case. Mr. Allen is especially valued for his post-conviction relief work, vacating criminal convictions to erase their adverse effect on deportation/removal and other immigration applications.

Continuing on the same track as his remarkable academic record, Mr. Allen renders thoughtful, compassionate representation to the families needing his assistance. He graduated from Pepperdine University School of Law, cum laude, in 2008, with American Jurisprudence awards in the subjects of Immigration Law and Constitutional Law- Individual Rights; and University of Redlands, magna cum laude, in 2004 with a B.S. degree in Math and a B.A. degree in International Relations. He has been a member of the California State Bar since December 2008 and a member of the firm since May 2008.
